We supply an extensive range of Fish, wild caught where possible from local areas or further afield,  and Shell fish most of which is sourced locally as the season changes. The range is enhanced by farmed fish as needed.

We have a readily available supply of prime fish such as Turbot, Halibut, Monkfish,Dover Sole, Wild Sea Bass and Salmon( in season). A good range of the usual species such as Hake, Haddock, Pollock, Cod, Red sea bream, Coley, Plaice, Lemon Sole, Skate Wing, Mackerel. Best Scottish Farmed Salmon from Wester Ross the last independantly owned farm. Other farmed species such as Rainbow Trout, Sea reared trout, Bass, Guilt head Bream.

We specialise in Local Cromer Crabs live, cooked or dressed, local lobster live, cooked or dressed, Brancaster Oysters, local mussels in season, Rope grown mussels at other times. We have Scottish King Scallop meats, Peeled Brown shrimps.

Our range of smoked fish includes Undyed Smoked Haddock fillets, undyed kippers, kipper fillets, bloaters, all of which are smoked locally.  We also have scottish smoked salmon in various sized packs, smoked trout and eel fillets and smoked cod roes.

All our fresh fish products can be fully prepared to your needs (as is practicle to do so) by our experienced staff. This includes Scaling, Cleaning, Filleting, Pin boning,Butterfly filleting, Steaking, Portioning, Skinning, and vacumn packing if you require.

We offer a wide selection of Fish and Shellfish everyday. Should you need something we do not stock with notice will try to source this for you.

We can supply you with small or large quantities from the everyday product to the not so readily available lines; all enquires welcome, large, small, regular supply or one time supply.
